友人に”ベトナムの水曜日”みたいなT-shirtsを描いてくれって頼まれて結構頭を抱えていたい。結果はこれです。

My friend asked me to paint a T-shirt with “Wednesday in Vietnam” as the theme. It took me a while but I did it!

I did this skull T-shirt for my friend Shingo

T-shirtにをカンバスするのが好き。金もちでも貧乏でも着るものだからなかなかいいよ。今回はトカゲです。

I like using the T-shirt as a canvas since it is an item used whether rich or poor. This time I painted a lizard.

この絵はシックスパックと読んでいる。友人と昼間から飲んで残った缶をキャンバスにして見ました。

左は日が昇る

真ん中は昼間

右は夜

ちょっと分かりにくいかなー＝）

I call this the “sixpack”. Some friends came over for a lunch and we drank a sixpack. So I thought using the beer can as canvas is a pretty nice way of painting.

Mid-day in the middle

And evening on the right

It is difficult to capture in a photo….

三つ目のFree Onlineはやはりドラッグのこと。違法なドラッグもあれば薬もありますので面白いミックスになったと思う。

The third work in the Free Online series is drugs. There are the legal and not so legal variety but I am pretty pleased with how it came out.

FreeとOnlineはネット上にもっとも検索されている言葉です。ですのでその間にキーワードを入れてGoogle検索して出てくる画像をコラージュにしょうと思った。Free Money Onlineを初めにこれが２番目です。全部は画面サイズなんで勇気のある方はスクリーンセーバーにどう？

This is the second installation in my “Free Online” series. Since free and Online are some of the most used search terms I thought it would be interesting to add other keywords in the middle and see what type of images came out. In this case I used the term “sex”

Free Money OnlineをGoogleで検索すると410,000,000の結果があります。これってそもそもおかしい話でしょう。だって無料のお金って存在さえしていないんだからなんで皆そんな検索するんだろうな。人間のなまけなところかなー。楽して金を稼ぎたいって要望からくると思います。だけど金が欲しいのであれば何かを提供（商品、サーヴィス、努力）しない限り来ないからな。

This is a collage that I did with pictures that came back from a Google Search on the term “Free Money Online”

It is funny in the sense that there is no such thing as “free money” and still there are “About 410,000,000 results” on the topic. Do so many people just fail to understand how money works? If you want to make a million dollars you have got to have something (product or skill) that is actually worth that price.

Winning the lottery is the exception that justifies the norm.

何これ？って言わせるショッキングな映像です。NHKの中ではもう既に伝説になっているワンステージ。Popjamはよくこんな物を許したった気がしなくもない＝）　ありがとうNHK！！大好きだよ

ダンスは前日にあわせたんだけど全員集合は当日のステージ１時間前のことだった。

This stage was put together for a Japanese show called Popjam which runs on NHK national TV. It uses Master Takahashi who was the Gaming champion on a game called Star Soldier together with a dance group called Perfect combustion with Isopp, who won the world b-boy championship in NY and Shalee as the human beat-box. Background music is the theme to the game Star-Soldier.

This stage was considered revolutionary in NHK since not only was it way beyond the borders of what had been done up until that point, but also because no one really understood it. It was like one of those jokes that takes a couple of minutes to sink in.
